Why I created Removing UPF

After experiencing first-hand the impact that ultra-processed foods (UPFs) had on my energy, focus and overall health, I made a decision to change the way I eat and live.

While removing UPFs was an important first step, it’s only part of the picture. I have developed this website to share a variety of simple, informed ways to improve health and wellbeing, helping you make choices that reduce your toxic load and support a lifestyle that truly nourishes both body and mind.
