Audit your cupboards
Take a quick look through your food cupboard and fridge. Set aside anything with long ingredient lists or artificial additives.
Learn to read labels
Start scanning ingredient lists instead of just nutrition facts. Look out for preservatives, emulsifiers, flavour enhancers added sugars and artificial sweeteners. More info
Make some simple swaps
Don’t overhaul everything at once. Just start by replacing one or two items. Try swapping sugary cereal for oats, or flavoured yoghurt for plain with fruit. Look at some common swaps to start you off.
Plan easy meals
