Produce & Provide (app and website) helps you find farmers near you selling direct to the public, a great way to source fresher, less processed food.  I'm not an affiliate,  it's just a resource I think supports simpler eating.

Dr David Unwin, the Low Carb GP, created these infographics.  They show how certain foods can effect blood glucose in the body and their equivalent in teaspoons of sugar.  They are on the Public Health Collaboration (PHC) website, which is a UK registered charity (1171887 / SC052248) dedicated to improving the health of the public.  The website has a number of useful resources.
