Pancakes
Ingredients:

2½ teaspoons baking powder

1 pinch of salt

1 teaspoon sugar

2 large eggs (beaten)
-
30 grams butter (melted and cooled)

300 millilitres milk
-
225 grams plain flour
-
butter for frying

Simplified Instructions:

Blend all ingredients in a blender.

Melt butter in a frying pan and fry spoonfuls of batter (pancakes size!)

When bubbles form on top of the pancakes, flip and cook the other side for about 1 minute.

Makes about 16 small pancakes.
Serve with a spoonful of Greek yoghurt, raspberries, blueberries and a drizzle of maple syrup. You could also add some seeds and nuts.
