Chocolatey Brownie Balls
Ingredients:​

100g walnuts, smashed up

40g almonds, smashed up

1 tbsp nut butter
-
2 tbsp cacoa powder (or cocoa)1

6 dates (soak in water for 10 minutes before using). I use medjool dates.

Finely grated coconut OR around 8 squares of dark (85%+) chocolate - depending on how you want to finish them off

Instructions:

Blend peanut butter, smashed walnuts, chopped dates (stones removed) and cacoa powder in a food processor until it forms a dough. (You will need to scrape the mixture from the sides a few times.)

Stir in smashed almonds.

Roll the mixture into bite-sized balls.

To finish off roll in finely grated coconut or dip in melted dark chocolate.

Refrigerate for 20 mins before serving.
